body lift

ok so im not sure where to post this but this seems like a good place lol whats a good body lift for my 84 single cab ranger with everything i need its a 4 speed and i dont care about the bumber brackets but if it has them thats good i cant seem to find one online that comes with everything i need i want a 3 inch. and for guys who have put them in what kinda problems have u run in to doing it any help would be great thanks

most of the kits i've seen are pretty compete. you won't find bumper brackets because the bumpers mount to the frame, not the body.
i have a 2in kit on my 1983 and the worst part by far is getting the cab bolts out. most just drill them out and get longer 1/2" bolts to replace them.
also, with the 2", i did not need any of the extensions (steering, tranny shifter, tc shifter).
it also makes sense to throw in a few more bucks and get new body bushings as well. the new poly ones are a big improvement over the old cracked and broken rubber ones.

ok thanks so how big of a tire can i put under there with a 2 inch?
