i put 2 inches of suspension lift on my ranger, love the extra height, and am considering putting on a 3 inch body lift. ill probably stick with the stock wheels and tires for now since i have only 5000 miles on them, and wanted to see if anyone with a ride equipped this way could post some pics so i could see how it would look. also, most of the sites ive researched dont offer a kit for an 08 sport, so if anyone knows where i could purchase one id appreciate the info.

The body lift is good and I can't say anything bad about it but it does leave a gap between your body and the bumpers. I only have a 2" body lift on mine and it left a good size gap above my rear bumper. As far as finding a kit for your ranger...a buddy of mine had a hard time finding one for his 07. A kit for an older model should work as long as it's around an 03-05. The ranger didn't really change anything in the later models so check for the latest year you can find. The only time the ranger really changed was mid 80s with an ext. cab, 89 they changed the body style, 93 they changed the body style again, and I believe 2000s.

Any 98+ body lift will work. That's what i've been told.

X2

That's also what I've been told, might be slight mods to make to bumper brackets....

But a 3" bl + 2" susp lift on stock tires? Those wheels are gonna look mighty tiny.

Where and what kind of suspension lift did you buy with a 2" lift? If you put the body lift on do you think you would need to get a single piece drive shaft because of the angle or not?

i got different keys for the front that were supposed to give ya 3 inches but the guy that put em on said he could only crank em to 2, and 1 1/2 block in the back so it sets pretty level. why would you need a different drive shaft with a body lift??
