body lift with mounts

i want a 2in body lift (95 ranger supercab) but i also want new body mounts, to go with the lift.
does anyone know of any bodylifts that come with the mounts, shifter ext. and steering ext?

I believe the Performance Accessories kit come with both extensions, but I'm not sure about the mounts.

You'd just have to buy the mounts seperately. LMC truck has them in stock along with James Duff. Maybe even check out Summit Racing.

Yes, you'd need to buy mounts separately, or just buy some hockey pucks to replace the mounts with. Those outlast stock mounts too.

Energy Suspensions makes a set of polyurethane body mounts that will outlast the stock rubber. Also, Performance Accessories has all the accessories needed to make the body lift work (brackets, extenders, etc). Both can be found on summit racing...

Sorry to thread jack, but anyone know where I can find just the extensions needed with a body lift? I can get longer bolts easy and cheap, and I was just going to weld up some pipe body lift spacers. But the extensions really what I would need.
