uuuuummmmmmm if creature comforts are not important you can book passage on a freighter.

don't know, I have never done it but one of the girlfriends past was a travel agent and thats how she traveled to europe, check with a travel agent

Tell her to get over it and get her ass on a plane. I've done it quite a few times and i'd hate to even think about doing it on a freakin boat.

I get bored sitting for six or seven hours going there on a plane, can't imagine being stuck on a boat for three or four days. I would try to gently get her over her fears of flying. It's the safest form of transport.

My wife was afraid of flying too. Flew from Dusseldorf, Germany to Ft. Myers, FL non-stop. After the first 3 hours she was fine....Was a 13 hour total trip. +1 on just sticking her on a plane!

flight to greece... 24 hours minus 8 hours time change = 16 hours... i've never been afraid of flying, but i would almost be more bored/afraid on a boat for days instead of just getting it done on a plane.

you two could always become a part of the mile high club? that would relieve some of her stress

A week on an unstabilized freighter across the North Atlantic in the Fall? Bring duct tape to strap yourself in your bunk with.

Still better than flying. I hate flying.

flying every one does...i am looking at the adventure ...lol...ya i would probly be bored as well....haha

Also flying just sucks because of all the HLS crap! You fly you are a *instant* criminal.:annoyed:

Just make sure you have headphones to listen to "wreck of the edmund fitzgerald" on repeat

freightliners, have passenger cabins for the crew and misc guest. You can book passage pretty cheap, just watch out for those damn pirates.
