Blowing the 30A PCM fuse 1996 Ranger

I used to have this problem every now and then when I would hit a bump the 30A PCM fuse would blow and I would replace it and the truck would start back up. Now the fuse blows as soon as I try to crank the ignition. I have tried to check for ground or short problems in areas where visible and acessible with a DMM and found nothing. Before I dive further in to this I will ask if it could be the ignition swith in the column or what.
