blinkers on mazda b4000

so on the 1994 b4000 the blinker is down in the bumper, my current blinker assemblys are cracked, every time i go to the mountains they get dirt and mud in them, and you cant hardly tell there blinking. so i want to get rid of them, also there welded onto my current bumper and look tacky.

i believe the later year b4000's got rid of the blinker in the bumper, and put it next to the headlight? i have the small yellow section next to the headlight but it is only a marker light. i am aware that i can convert it into a blinker. but will that be enough?

im not sure how much different the later and earlyer years assemblies are?

what years of headlight/ blinker assemblies will fit? or should i just convert the corner section to a blinker and maybe use led's for a brighter affect?

Unless it almost drops in, that would probably be easier.

at first i didnt think that would be enough light, but after walking around town and looking at a ton of different blinker set ups, that is all the new cars have; just a small blinker on the corner. if i feel that it is not enough ill go pick up some different size blinkers for a trailer and see what i can figure out.
