blacking out my tailights???

I would like to shade my tailights and corner lights, i cant find any VHT night shade and really dont wanna order it, my truck is no show truck lol i use it in the bush mostly, but i think it would look awesome all blacked out... could I just use a semi gloss black automotive piant???

I would say no as it would not be translucent enough. I would either order the VHT or see if you can find a candy black paint.

smoked tails, VHT or nothing.....Dont paint them with Black paint..thats reckless and stupid in my opinion. You risk your safety and everyone aroound you.

just do wat we do around here.just barely mist the black paint on till its smoked looking, NOT blacked out
