Black With Blue Forum Style Template

I discontinued the 'TRS Style - Black With Blue' style template because the reaction emoji's were no longer working with it. It was a purchased style template that was out of date. It was replaced with 'TRS Style - Black With White' which is very similar to 'Black With Gray' except that the text is a little brighter.

FYI: If you had that set, it defaults to a very jarring white on next login.
