bit of a problem

well I ordered a double bass pedal from this ebay company : http://myworld.ebay.com/efrankjimenez . I found out before it came that I no longer needed it, so when it arrived I returned it after talking to the seller. I sent it back to the return address. I emailed him today and he said that he didnt get it, I checked the tracking number and it says that it delivered april 18th. After showing him this, he says that the address is not correct, that he lived in CA, not GA. I thought oh crap i messed up the address but then searched for the address in GA and this pops up: http://local.yahoo.com/details?id=4...upplies&csz=Atlanta,+GA&fr=&lcscb=fHhTT6SU.wE . Im thinking this guy is trying to scam me outta my money because the return address had Frank's Drum Circle as the company name.

What should I do to get my refund back?

Did you make the payment using Pay-Pal? They should be able to do something. And if you used a credit card, consault them about possible fraud and see what they say.

i did go through paypal, using a direct transfer from my checkings. The funny thing is that I always use a credit card through paypal, I did the direct transition by accident. If he doesnt pay up in the next few days ill file a claim. He hasnt responded to the address deal yet. I emailed the company in GA to see if they still have the package.
