Billet grille and chrome bumper

I have a 2002 Ranger Edge and other than a couple of spots on the roof that have bubbled, the body is excellent. I will have those areas done at the body shop, but I also need the front bumper and lower front valance painted.
I saw Caspers98 picture and I was wondering what grille and bumper he used. I really like the look of the chrome and the billet grille.
Are the grilles easy to install and what quality are the chrome bumpers?
I have an estimate of 400 to sandblast the bumper and paint it and the lower valance.

I sent him a PM but I was only using his as an example. I would still like to hear from anyone who has used these bolt over grilles. I like the one with the space for the logo.
I will still have to have the lower valance painted, but I think a lot of the 400 was sand blasting my old bumper and painting it.
