BII rear drive shaft

Hi folks,
New to the whole truck culture, and just got myself an 89 BII in pretty great shape overall. Engine was bored .60 over and starts every time.

However, as a noob to 4x4... I kinda didn't check the tire size and put it into 4x4 with smaller front wheels. Blew up the rear driveshaft rear cv joint.

This has to be a budget fix, the local shop wants $350++ to convert it to double cardan. I just can't afford that right now. However, I have found a local with a front and rear driveshaft from a 1991 2.3L Ranger 4x4 5spd short wheelbase. Will that driveshaft bolt up?

Also chasing down some leaking brake lines and possibly a leaking clutch line? Any pointers would be great.

Leaking clutch is usually a bad slave on these RBVs.

I actually happen to have a spare slave, with a little corrosion. Can I hone it lightly?

Even $200+ shipping to canada is too expensive for me right now, will the ranger shaft not fit?

ranger shaft will not fit the rear. front will fit the same year eng/trans/xfer case combo
