Hi all. I've been a member for a long time. However, I just lurked and read and planned. I'm not a mechanic or even a gearhead, but I do have a project that I have finally undertaken. I've owned a 1990 Ranger XLT 4x4 w/ 2.9L since about 2005. In 2010 I spun a main bearing and it's been sitting since. I've decided to do the V8 conversion on it with the help of my mechanic friend Carl. I'll get some pics and try to keep things updated. I have a feeling we'll have a few questions for the group in the future!
