I have to admit, he's right about that latch. I had one of the old, flappy, POS's, and I had to replace it a couple of times, if I remember right. Luckily for me, some dumba$$ decided he needed my CD player more than I did, and broke out my rear window to get into my truck. When the new rear window was installed, it already had one of the newer style rear latches on it. I love it!!! Before, if I had the window open, and forgot to shut it when I got out of my truck, I had to dig my keys out, unlock the truck, and shut the window. With the new latch, all I have to do is push the two sides together, and it latches itself. Upgrading to this latch is a must! You'll thank yourself later if you do!
