for forensic evidence, broken glass along the window sill should do the trick. obviously this guy is one of the close neighbors and knows who you all are, your vehicles and what they sound like. this guy thinks he is a predator and knows all the angles. you need to outsmart him. try spending the afternoon with the girls. when it is dark, have one of them dress in your clothes and drive your truck away. you wait with the wasp spray, 12ga, whatever (keeping the broken glass on the window sill) and catch him "red handed".

thats not gonna do much for close range tho. pretty intimidating not affective in fist to fist combat. brass knuckles let people know whos in charge. haha. they sell them as paper weights in most areas.

It honestly sounds to me like this peeper is conveniently never there when your ready, i think the girls are chasing some attention. Problem is you cant ignore this because if something bad did happen youd feel horrible. Dont even show up to the house, not even in sight. However be close, if he shows the girls call you and in you run, Or drop by unexpectedly without even telling the girls and watch the house for a while. As much as everyone likes guns, keep a video camera with you and tape him prowling for a few minutes. Then bust his ass hard. Get him with an aluminum bat with ah hole in the handle, fill it with water. After you club his ass dump out the water, Cuz is very illegal. Ive seen someone close to me hurt by stuff like this and I have no problems with legality. Alive and in trouble is better than dead. Oh have a fake lease agreement written up with the girls, this way if you do get in trouble you were defending your home.
