best way to remove bumper bolts??

It also probably has bumper bolts as big as that Ranger's drive shaft, thus making it unacceptable for ripping the bumper off of.

You cant remove the bumper bolts, if you need to then your truck is considered totalled. I will do you a favor tho and give ya 200 bucks for the truck

Not the last time I checked. You just need a new bumper, or a trip to the hardware store. Nice new set of shoulder bolts should do.

if you can get a dremel tool or drill w/ wire wheel or even a hand wire brush, scrub the pizz out of the threads that are exposed. then pb blaster the nuts. wait a day, pb blaster them again. go at it with a breakerbar, break the nut loose and back it off until it starts getting hard to turn. tighten the nut back up, and grab the wire brush again and go at the threads. more pb blaster. loosen up the nut again and go until it starts binding again and repeat. If they are really really rusty and bad, try to get a nut cracker on them and break the nut. you can get these at Sears.

As for replacing the bolts, I would imagine you can get them at autozone...

Well, it still got the dodge unstuck lol. No matter what you can never take that away from that guy and im sure thats all he really wanted anyway.

While you have a point, I have done more to unstick a larger truck with a blown engine, in mud not dirt, with a less capable truck, and I still have all of my bumpers.
