trying to get a front bumper off my 87 bronco whats the best way?

Heat heat and more heat. A 1/2 impact if you have compressed air. A 2 foot breaker will do it also. Get the bolts good and hot then crack em' loose.

dont have heat, or a impact have a breaker bar though

I have never had a problem breaking them free. It has been getting them all the way undone without stripping that square-pegged-whatever bumper hole. I always end up with a half undone bolt spinning in the bumper.

Easy. PB Blaster. Soaked the bolts down once or twice with the stuff, let it sit, and they SHOULD break free with minimal issues.

Yup. Hate when that happens. Sometimes you can get them loose enough to get a reciprocating saw under the head of the bolt and cut it off before making the square hole round.

angle grinder with a decent cutting disk always works for me.

Then there's this.

If you cut off the bolts, how difficult is it to get new ones with the chrome on them?

just buy a cheap torch at walmart or $20, heat the bolt for a minute or two, and give the nut a good wack or 2 with a nice hammer.
between the heat expanding the nut, and the jolt of the hammer, itll usually break the nut from the bolt

I like how there is a Deuce and a half in the background and they choose to use a Ranger.

This video has been around forever!!!!

You see, the deuce and a half does not come factory with tow hooks, therefore it is unacceptable to use for towing/pulling/snatching.

DUH!!!!!
