What shocks should i use with a 3" lift i have lift spindles in the front and blocks in the back ,i know that the spindles dont affect the shocks but the blocks do

You're correct that the spindle lift doesn't affect the shocks, and the coil spacers don't really either. In fact if you look up shocks from companies that make lifts you'll find shocks that say for 0-2" lift. You generally get 2" or less from coil spacers. So you don't really need longer shocks for the lift setup you have.

I have like 5" of lift lol

I guess I forgot to address the rear suspension is your point. My mistake haha. If you have 4" blocks or larger get some add a leafs and shakles instead as your axle will thank you. My honest opinion is this question is like asking whats the best motor oil. How do you know when each truck is setup different and used in different settings. I use Mobil 1 oil you may use Castrol or Penzoil does it make a difference? Not that either of us can really tell. Use stock-2" lift shocks of a brand your choice up front and use shocks rated for whatever lift block height you have in back...which I'm assuming is 4"s. Pick a brand give em a go if you don't like em when their dead and worn use a different. I know that doesn't point you in a direction and Im sure others on here will disagree.

I use whatever is on sale when I change my oil lol , in the rear I have 3" blocks, when I said 5"of lift I meant I had 3" lift spindles ,with coil spacers giving it another inch or so , but after I said that I remember the spindles don't change anything on my suspension lol so that's my fault after I reread what you wrote I understood I just need 0-2" for my spacers because that's the only thing that changed on my suspension , thank you very much I agree with you
