i have a 98 ranger and i just got lift spindles im going to put on tomarrow i wanna know which are the best offroad shocks i can put on i know i can keep the stock shocks up front but i would like to replace them with the best and the rear i wanna lift 2 inches with a shackle do i need a extended lift shock for the rear. i heard you can use shocks from an edge up front and that there 3 inches longer than xlts do theey work?

IF the edge shocks are 3 inches longer they will no work right for you. the spindal lift dose not make or any extra space in the suspention, like a suspention lift.

the spindal lift just lower your spindal on the knuckle compared to stock and thats what give you lift........hold the spindlas sie by sie when you put them on you will see what I mean.

for the front shocks if you want to replace them I would replace them with a bilstien 5100 type of shock.

if your near El Cajon, for bilstien shocks, get your best price you can find, internet, phone etc. and then hit up these guys shox.com
