Belt Tensioner

I have a 97 Ranger 2.3. I just changed the timing belt and putt everything back together. The last step is tightening the serpentine belt, but when I do it seems that the tensioner pulley is not aligned with all the other pulleys. Is there a way to adjust the tensioner.
