will the belltech 6400 shackles work with my stock rear leafs and explorer axle? and how much lift can i expect? i want to do the chevy leaf swap but funds are tight and i want to get the damn truck lifted already.

Yes they will work. They replace the stock shackle. The 6400's give you anywhere between 1.5" and 2" of lift.

cool thanks, i guess i will still have to use my block until i get the chevy springs. do you think it will flex good with the stock springs and the shackles?

it will flex the same as it does stock. The springs are you limiting factor in flex, not the shackle.

thanks guys, my stock springs really aint too bad as far as flex, so i am not in too big of a rush to swap them out.

haha, ur definatly goin the way i suggested u go with the lift b4 then LOL

Actually, that's not true. The longer shackle will allow the leaf to compress and droop more before it bends.

Its a good thing, it will allow the leaf to flex easier
