Got my 63"s today, guess ill have to hit it hard tomorrow and try to get everything back together

Kept getting interupted tonight so i didnt get much done, Got the shackles hung, front hangers ground off and mocked up, and cleaned up the garage a little. Going to drill the frame for the front mounts and get them bolted on tomorrow, and hopefully get the springs mounted. GOnna be busy the next couple weekends with my brothers wedding and bachlor party so hoping to get it done begining of next week!!!

well i just got the frame drilled for the front hangers and got them mounted tonight as well as the springs. Gonna get the rear end flange drilled for the smaller
ujoint in the next couple days then it'll be rock and roll time!!!!

8.8 is in place now, drive shaft is hooked up but the passenger side brake is locked up. Gonna tear it apart tomorrow and see what is going on. Brake lines, brake cables, shocks, and a bed and I'll be back on the road!!!!!!!

Well, i finally got done with all the wedding BS and now racing is getting in full swing. So still slow progress.Tore the brakes apart, they are FUBARED!!!! which pissed me off but almost $200 later i think i have most of the stuff to finish it. A buddy might come out later in the week and we'll try and get it back together!!!

aint that the truth. when i'm in school and crap i got money together usually but don't have time. then summer comes and for some reason all my money is gone. i'm starting to order more sas parts tho! i'm excited... to bad i don't have enough money or time to finish it.. but its a start.


how much more flex do you get from the 63's?

i haven't checked yet, but it still has stiff springs up front so i don't know if ill gain much until i swap them. ill let you know after i get to drive it

got everything back together.....i think a axle shaft is bent!!!!!!! ill find out tomorrow for sure

ordered new shafts today from another TRSer, hopefully my baby will be back together by the beginning of next week!!!!

ITS BACK ON THE ROAD!!!! i put about 30 miles on it today, now its time to look the motor over good, its got a lifter tick and needs valve cover gaskets and the temp gauge pegged today. But other than that........ LOL Then ill head to the front susp. to figure out why it has so much bump-steer.
