Ok i know this has been asked before but what is the best brand to coat my rockers and go up the plastic stock fender flares? What prep is needed and how many coats and then how much material? Thanks

Herculiner and Road Warrior (Rustoleum) get my votes. tried the Duplicolor stuff a coupe of years ago with disasterous results! i've heard they have reformulated thier product and it is much better now, but i have no experience with it myself.
the Herculiner comes on sale for about $70/gallon kind of regularly at the big box home improvement stores around here.

Thanks! good to know. Would a gallon can cover the rockers and flares or would i need more do you think. Can i get that to stick to the plastic flares?

it should stick pretty well. a gallon puts 2 coats on a standard bed pick up. i'm sure it will cover your rockers and flares with at least 2 coats.
pay close attention to the prep instructions. all of these kinds of coatings require really good prep work.

ps. if you're near the twin ports/cloquet area, let me know and i might be able to give you a hand.

I had floorboards replaced in my gen 1 last year and he coated the floor top and bottom with rustoleum,, it worked great and will never rust again
