Gonna switch from flareside to fleetside, and was wondering if anyone knew off the top of there head if i need to extend the fuel filler neck.

pretty sure you will. i just did the reverse of you and had to cut about alittle over an inch off to fit. hope this helps

^^^^^As stated above, I did the opposite, I swapped a styleside for a stepside, I myself run a fuel cell, so no biggy for me, but the guy I swapped with had to get a longer hose......and they are PRICEY from the dealership, guy I work with had to get one for his stepson as his dry rotted, and it was like $200+ for a 96 Ranger.

GOOD LUCK!

Just get fuel rated hose from a farm supply store, and use two hose clamps on each side of the main pipe and one clamp on each side of the vent tube to extend it.

x2 but still expensive. i put an aux tank in my bed and paid the local parts store $1.10 per INCH!! almost as much total as what i paid for the tank!
