Everyone advertises how thick they can be applied what i want to know is how thin can they be applied . My purpose for asking is i want to do the exterior of my ranger and i don't want a real thick layer the thinner the better . Can it be thinned out at all ? We have used a product called penetrol for mixing with coatings such as zinc oxide for galvanized metal for thinning it out and better adhesion and was wondering if this would work in my desired application or if anyone new a better way while still rolling or brushing on the bedliner .

the product I spray is Reflex, cant thin it out, but the thickness comes from the number of coats, one or two coats would be pretty thin but not as durable
