I've installed a bbk supercharger on my truck with a adjustable FMU. I get between 4-6 psi of boost. Anyone know what the fuel pressure should be set at?

With that little of boost, the stock regulator will be fine. You need your injectors, and tune lined out.

If you start pushing over 15psi, then you might have problems with your pump keeping up.

Thanks. What should the stock fuel pressure be? When I cranked it up the other day it was reading about 26 psi. I also have a boost gauge so what should the vacuum be? I've been playing with the needle valve on the fmu but I'm not sure where it should be set.

Not sure what the stock pressure is on the 4.0.

My boost guage reads 18-20 Hg at idle.

my boost gauge stays at 20 Hg at idle. 28-32 psi at WOT (0 vacuum) is where the injectors should be at. i would look into getting an adjustable FPR that increases 1:1 with boost along with a 150lph pump. running that FMU is okay for a little while, but if you turn it up too high you could run into max duty cycle problems with your stock injectors, and starving the stock pump. what is your FMU set at now?
