Okay so I had what I thought was a master starter solenoid problem got a new one took it off and put my wrench on the battery. The wrench rolled and the hit both terminals on the battery it sparked and now no electricity at all. Looked at fuses and they seemed OKay but I think it might be relays or the diode but I don't know is there anything to check please help asap

get a volt meter, or hook a 12v light directly to the battery.
a direct short from the wrench may have damaged the batteries internals and trashed it.

FYI, you are lucky the battery did not blow up and spray acid. that stuff destroys eye-balls and other flesh.

It reads 12.8 volts I had a jump pack on it that reads charge I even tried jumping it with another car to see if that would work and nothin no power at all no lights or anything

Start at the battery and work the positive cable back to the fender mounted relay at the relay there is a stud with several small wires on it . One or more of these little solid wires , fusible links is open. If it isnt on the fender, it may be where the cable goes to the starter. Also check the ground path too. :D

Whats it look like I'm at a loss with the truck I come from a jdm Group so the ford world is all new to me

What I posted was generic advice for most cars. If you cannot make it work, have it towed somewhere . You are dealing with an open, something, Hopefully it was the stuff designed to protect the expensive stuff. It is way cheaper to fix. :D

You replaced the starter RELAY on the fender, right?
(starter Solenoid is on the starter motor)

Battery "+" cable goes to that Relay, larger post, and ALL the other wires go to that same larger post, that's the Power distribution, it feeds the Engine fuse box, which feeds all the other systems.

One EXCEPTION.........the starter motor cable, it goes on the other larger post on the Relay and to the starter motors solenoid.
And there will be a smaller wire that goes to the smaller "S" post on the Relay, this wire activates the Relay when key is turned to START.

If you miswired the Relay then there would be no power anywhere, Battery "+" must be connected to the Fuse box, that is done via the Starter Relay's post, alternator is also connected to that same post.
Starter Relay should have multiple wires on one larger post, including Battery "+", and a single wire on the other larger post.

1994 was a transition year when Ford was moving starter relay to the starter motor, but all the wiring was still setup for fender mounted starter relay, so it is still needed for power distribution.
So you may have larger battery "+" cable going directly to starter motor from the battery, then slightly smaller wire going from Battery "+" to fender mounted relay, same setup, power distribution

12.8volts means battery is OK
