My grandmother... rest her soul... would buy one can of Spam every week when grocery shopping. She woul then get out the old hand grinder... grind it up along with sweet gerkin pickles... add miracle whip and eat a half sandwich nearly everyday for lunch.

I bought a few cans of Spam for the emergency stockpile... I might have to try one soon. I know we ate it growing up... my dad liked it. My mom would typically fry it or add it to a noodle type casserole. I didn't really care for it back then.
