I will most likely be the one handing it over to Utah after everyone on Colorado signs it, who at that end is willing to meet me half way. I'm thinking Grand Juction, thats a 4-5 hour drive for me.

Atta Boy Hanzo.....get some attention from the guys up the road!!!!!!

:headbang:

is g.j. as far as you can make it ?, from google maps it appears that grand junction will be at least 5 hours for any of us.
4 hours 55 minsI-70 E and US-6 E 284 mi

but if that's what has got to happen........ROAD TRIP

I'll hitch a ride with you sean, 300 miles means $90+ each way in fuel in my rig

I wondered about that. I'm sure this is how you feel at the pump each time.:bawling:
No problem on the ride. Let me know when and we will set up a road trip.

yeah, but doing 4wd burnouts with 33x12.50's on dry pavemet makes up for it, its just the price one pays to have a high horsepower truck.......

Where do I come into play in all of this?

I was thinking maybe a road trip-convoy of you, me, sean, lance, rico, moabbII, shane, and whoever else wants to come. because with the exception of you, and sean. we all live within minutes of each-other so a trip might be cool

that or a less eventful:

one or two goes all the way to colorado and gets it, brings it back, and then we all meet-up and sign it at a different location, but as more than half of our trs utah chapter (i.e. shane, dopieslc, lance, etc) have 2wd trucks, and its winter a wheeling trip in the hills for such a meet-up seems like it would be a bad idea

Well you actually have to show up.:icon_rofl:
just kidding:icon_thumby:
Convoy to moab sounds good to me.
Ther are a couple of people that live down south, ceder city area. At least one I know of from this forum. It might need to go that way also.

oops, you haven't posted on the utah thread but a couple times, i thought i remembered it being 2wd, who's was that white 90's 2wd ranger? :icon_confused:

but that doesn't change the fact that winter-snow/mud wheeling would still be a deal breaker for lance (2wd) and shane (2wd). and i don't much care for snow wheeling either

I had a white ranger earlier this year but that one was still 4wd. I had a 71 nova as my avaitor for awhile.

when is this taking place? i'd like to join in but i wont be back in utah untill the 27th.

To be honest. I don't see it happening until after the first of the year. This time of year is so crazy for a lot of us.:shok: Plus we haven't heard back from the colorado guy yet. His timing has a lot to do with this as well.
Hope that would be ok with all. Let me know what you guys think.
