I tried searching but i didnt have much luck. I need to replace my balljoints on my 95 ttb 4x4. They are sloppy and are starting to wobble on the road. I have never repalced ball joints before. I know that auto zone rents a tool and harbor freight carries one as well. Question is who do i use it? Are there any writeups that show in full detail how to tackle this job? I know it cant be all that bad but i want to make sure i have what i need before i tear my truck apart. It is my daily so i need to do it on a sat and make sure im able to drive it on monday. Any help or advice is very apprecited.

I'm sure Google will turn up some results. Buy a Haynes or chiltons repair manual. They're excellent for newbies.

It's fairly straight forward if you google it. The ball joint press kits out there probably have instructions online that'll walk you through it.

Just be sure to soak the ball joints in pb a day or two before you start. Mine simply wouldn't come out without. I soaked them overnight, and they popped right out. Focus on spraying the stud, and the body of the joint.
