Badges

I have been missing the front fender badge on my 94 Splash and I am finally getting around to replacing it. I am wondering if all years/makes/models of badges have the same pins on the back?
I have become a fan of the newer badges but I dont want to buy them and figure out they wont work without drilling/cutting.

Any body help me out here?!

The newer ones have the same alignment pins so they work just fine. I have the 2006 fender badges on my 93

The oval is a lot bigger on the later trucks (and centered), not sure about the badges.

Pretty sure there were no tailgate badges til later model years (only the oval in the corner).
