Bad day tomorrow

Last friday night we had very loved and popular history teacher die of a heart attack. He was very well liked no one hated him and he was a former marine. I don't want to go to school tomorrow because i know the whole school will be upset. Then i'm planning on skipping school on tuesday for the funeral if it isn't canceled. My class is working on raising money to get memorial built for him. The really sad part is he was supposed to retire last year and desided to come back for one more year and never made it through. He has a brother-in-law who teaches at the school.

Something similar happened to me. Our Auto shop teacher died of lung cancer from asbestos (from working on cars in the 70's), and he just came back for another year because the schools were trying to get rid of vocational education cause it didn't teach important life skills or something (Like F-ing romeo and juliet is going to teach me that much, I can say I can fix my car) but he was only back for a month before finding out he had it and died a week after he got to the treatment center in cali. It sucked cause it was my last year and I had him all through high school, But one of my friends took it hard (started smoking and drinking, stopped coming to school, then had a liver failure or something and now he can't drink)

That great that your trying to get a memorial of your teacher though.
