Bad control panel?

04 B4000 2wd auto 378k kms.
Truck lost ac some time over the winter,
Last spring I installed a new clutch and coil,
Coil has the correct resistance.
Approximately 110 psi on both sides.
High and low switches have continuity.
Relay and fuse tested good.
I'm not seeing 12v on the coil connector when ac or max ac is selected.
Most likely a bad control panel at this point?

sounds like it if all your other stuff is good but i have very little experience in that stuff so hold off till one of the other guys has better info

can you do a test jumper at the hvac panel switch to see if it turns the system on? that would give you a yes or no on that

At that point I'm 95% of the way there to replacing the switch

So little update. Tried another mode selection switch, no change.
So I started poking around in the fuse box again, pulled the relay, tested it again, tests good. With the relay still out, I start the truck, and use my power probe to send 12v to terminal in the fuse box. Clutch engages and I start getting cold air out of the vents.
Hmmm, ok throw the relay in, as I'm pushing it in the clutch is engaged, but once i stop applying pressure it disengages. I start wiggling the relay around, finally get it to a point where it stays running.
I'm going to try a new relay, the pins all looked pretty good, but who knows.
If that doesn't solve it I guess im changing the fusebox.
