Chassis Inc. came out with a cut turned and extended Dana 35 TTB axle. They can be extended anywhere from +4 to +6 per side. They can be turned from 0 degrees up to 3 degrees. Perfection is standard. They are plated all around with 3/16 plate, All plates are CNC laser cut and Fully TIG welded. The driver side beam has a truss spanning the length of the beam making it extremely strong. They come powder coated and with all new hardware.

Is it just me or does it look like the pivot bushing is a stock one AKA old?

looks like a pretty solid product

The stock bushings never wear out. Although Uniballs provide less friction and an overall more supple ride. Uniballs are goin on the next TTB's that we're building.

I have a different opinion. That bushing should be replaced if all that other work is done. The stock one may not be actualy wore out but it won't hold up to any kind of abuse (and thats what the beams are being overhauled for right?). Just some helpful advice to consider take it or leave it.
