back window year?

anybody know what year rear windows are able to be used on a 88 ranger? it has to have the threaded studs

Must be an extended cab...my regular cab window was just using the seal to keep it in place...and when I went to buy a used one from a guy for my extended cab I learned two things...the regular cab windows are smaller than the extended cab so they won't interchange...and always ASK the seller if it was out of a regular or extended cab...before driving an hour in each direction...

I know the 88 had the studs, but not sure if they changed that in 89 or later...I know the 96 rear window is not studded...and appears to be the same size opening as the 88...if that helps

My Ranger's rear window has the studded threads. It is an extended cab model.

'87 should fit and up to 92(?) when the body style changed again.

thanks for the help! and im located in ofallon missouri. idk how much that would cost to ship but im pretty sure i saw one at speedway auto salvage in stlouis. called them today and asked but they said id have to come out and look. i know they had alot of older rangers(about 50 or so) but only one 4x4 (early 90s mazda) which sucks because i have a 4x4 and need a driveshaft. anyway they said it would be about 25-30 for the window. hoping they have a nice 88 grill and front bumper too. but i know they have 88 extended cabs!
