back window leak

My truck has been leaking water through it. I have already siliconed the whole back window but with no luck. An ideas?

Are you sure it's not coming from the third brake light? These trucks are known to leak from there.

+1 on the brake light, had to replace mine due to water leakage...

Does it get wet above the entire back window? Seal up the third brake light and if it doesnt help you may have to replace the back window. I had mine replaced and it stopped the leaking

Whole lot cheaper to use some RTV silicone (black) on the 3rd brake light and try that first. That is where mine was leaking at a few years back then did the same to my fathers ranger and no problems since.

mine was leaking at the slider part,replaced it w/ a solid glass & solved the problem

Where did you pick up the glass from? My latch broke and I don't know whether I should fix it or do away with it since I never use it.

its probaly leaking around the window there just bolted in its easy to pull the window out and replace the window sealent

Be sure and use the correct window sealant. It should come in a big roll. If you use the liquid kind it wont work properly. When I had mine replaced they used the liquid sealant instead of the gummy stuff that comes in a roll and the window didnt sit flush and looked like crap till I made them do it over. Twice.
