i'm thinking about getting a set of cheap lights to use as reverse lights. i was just curious as to how and where to mount them. i had an idea of cutting holes in the bumper and putting them in there but i just wanted some ideas. pictures are appreciated!

Holes would work I was considering doing the same thing... I know lmc has a bumper like that but kinda don't want to shell out the cash lol

I have a pair of small rectangle driving lights mounted above the bumper and below the tail gate. There is a little extra room the because of the body lift. I think they look nice and they are protected.

You got any pictures of how bright your reverse lights are weezl?

no i don't... lol, i'll see if i can get some tonight... i don't have a base line to compare though

thats fine. just get a picture of the ground out back please. i want to see how much it lights up

sorry, i didn't get a chance to tonight, i've been busy...

yeah, i've got a friend here from out of town, went for dinner, didn't get home till 2 am

he leaves tomorrow afternoon, just trying to meet up with him again to get my gopro back (he's staying with a chick he met)

I have a roll pan Im cutting holes and mounting 4" LED lights in...that's about the only place that I would like them....other than mounted on a roll bar.

These are just cheap lights I had laying around. They are mounted to existing holes under the bumper. I put them there for now until I got another idea or changed the bumper.

You can just see the ovals under the bumper attached to the hitch on my Custom.
