B234 head swap help

I've been researching about the Volvo B234 head swap and thought it was pretty interesting, so I decided to do it. Since my truck is also my daily driver, my cousin and I decided we would get another 2.3 to do this on. My cousin has a better understanding about this than I do, but we both are still a little clueless about this. Any help, thoughts, and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
