I changed the vacuum diaphragm deal,,,some fun,,I was getting kick back of tranny fluid into vac and into engine, I believe that fixed that. not long ago i had new filter old oil sucked out.. but now everytime she slips when shifting 1 -2 2-3 and not sure about the rest, If Ive taken off hard when it slips it doesnt sound pretty.. any thought s? thanks Jeff ok,, i took it in and they sucked out all the old new filter and things were graqnd.. its only now after i changed the vacuum deal on tranny that it slips between D and overdrive..pretty sure..but its not 1-2..i think there some rod adjustment i need to make?? this is drivin me nutz

it slips inbetween 1-2 everytime, not a llot but none at all would be nice,,Im driving to colorado soon would be great to hear any ideas,,thanks

Fluid

A fluid and filter change might help it a bit. I'm not a fan of additives, but Trans-Cure added with the change got me 2 years use out of the tranny before it quit.

Ya, fluid change might fix it. My car was starting to slip a bit so i checked the fluid and it was filthy, never been changed. So i got it changed and hoped for the best and it was back to normal. Idk about additives, never tried because i wasnt sure about if they would be good or not.
