The rear axle in my 92' Xploder will just bolt up to my 85 BII right? I'm wanting to swap the front D35 in too when I can afford to get the front drive shaft shortened.

Trying to make this $200 Xploder go as far as possible. Anything else I should swap besides motor and axles?

you'll have to flip the spring perches, and weld on shock tabs.. and the rear flange of the 8.8 will have to be used. if you have a u joint driveshaft just change the rear flange, if you have the cv style, get the ex's shaft shortened..

Hello,
I am also swapping in the dash from my Explorer donor into my 88 BII. There are directions in the Tech area that are pretty good at explaining what's needed but of course there are bits you run into that were not covered... I'm also adding A/C to mine that is a hybrid between the BII and the Explorer.
