Axle pivot bracket removeal

Hey guys
I need help I can can not get the axle pivot bracket removed on the passenger side of the truck it is the one on the passenger side of the truck. I have the nut off but can't get the bolt out to remove the bracket.
Any ideas.

Heat and a hammer. Not propane heat either acetylene type heat.

With the nut off, did you try spinning the bolt both ways with the wrench to make sure it turns freely?

Did you find all the nuts for that one. I believe there are 4 or 5 mounting points on it.
