Milwaukee M18 1/2” drive high-torque impact usually does the trick for me. Wobble extension and a 12mm 12 point socket. There’s actually a special socket and extension combo you can buy that’s impact rated from OEM tools, but the Milwaukee impact has the power to destroy them.

I've got a problem with the motor mount bolts on the 93 and the 96, and have disentegrated at least a few 1/2" drive tools attempting to dislodge them from their moorings
