so what do you guys like more??? i personally will never buy another automatic. i had 1 1974 f250 ranger that was automatic. i still have nightmares about that thing lol. besides ive been driving stick since i was 9 :headbang:

I like automatics.

Sticks are fun, but unless I am buying a Mustang it will be an automatic.

Auto makes me fall asleep at the wheel.

I'm not biased against either, but manuals win out in the end.

If it's a vehicle thats almost always a DD driving around city, stop and go traffic, then auto is alot more comfortable. Everything else should be manual.

I have nothing against either, but i don't have feeling in my left leg from the knee down so auto for me. i just don't feel safe with a standard but can drive one if needed..

any offroad? manual if your planning for trails/rocks/sand and auto for mud.

At 17 i really do prefere to drive a manual much more even in a slow truck like my ranger, but when im old i think ill probally get a auto

i can have my standard back after 13 years..:yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:

I love manuals, but autos are nice for a daily driver.

Manuals I like for something I like to corner in, being able to pick your gear when going into a turn, and being able to rev-match when downshifting is nice. For drag racing I like autos.

not really

i like the 5spd in my b2, but theres times when i miss having an auto for low speed crawling or rock crawling. but i guess if i had lower gears my clutch wouldnt hate me as much
