Hey All, greetings to ya.

My truck is 2001, 2.3L 4, auto tranny. When I am cruising at about 60, it feels like the engine surges and then retreats. Speed is constant. I noticed that the tackometer jumps about 200 rpm and then back. And I'm not sure, but it might not even be getting into overdrive. Seems that overdrive result in a tack reading of just under 2000 rpm. But when I notice this, the tack indicates about 2500 rpm. Seems high. Pretty sure I didn't hit the O/D off button. Tranny dip-stick indicates OK.

Tranny was serviced at 121000 miles, have about 127000 now. Any ideas out there ?
