That would depend greatly on when in 1990 your truck was made.
There are two different front axles, the Dana28 used from 1983 through 11-90
12-90 on Ford used the Dana35 front axle.
The Dana28 uses 23spline shafts
the Dana35 uses 27spline shafts
Additionally the bearings are larger in diameter on the Danan35.
You could eliminate the dana28 if your truck has a 4.0 engine.
Or you can duck underneath and count the bolts that mount the "chunk"
to the drivers side axle beam (viewed from the front)
There are 14bolts on a dana 28 and if your 1990 has a dana 28 then yes, the hubs and bearing nuts will go right on.
IF OTOH you have a dana35 then you need to see a hub donor elsewhere....
