assembly question (overhaul)

Hi guy's I am trying to put my v6 together and i am stopped at timing chain regarding timing of the engine I can't find any information on the web so ask you guy's/girl's if there is some kind of book or pdf file with all the info I need to put it together if not does timing mark suppose to be pointing at each other ? I took the timing wheel's off so now i am thinking if ill put it right together only with timing mark's pointing at each other , but it would be nice if there was some pdf file or a book with all the info about assembly and torque's and stuff but the engine is ohv 91 , Pleas help me out so I can get it rolling again .

Yes, on 4.0l OHV timing marks, the dots(timing marks) are pointed at each other
Cam gear mark at 6:00
Crank gear mark at 12:00
