ARP Head Studs?

But yes they they should work.

Studs are usually used because you will be pulling the head often so better than replacing TTY bolts every time.

They are also better if you will be increasing compression ratios.

One draw back with studs is clearance, you have to have enough room in the engine bay to lift head up above the length of the studs to get it out.
With V-engines this can be an issue, not sure on the 4cyl in Ranger engine bay
