i have an '88 long bed Ranger with a 2.9 and auto trans. there is an '88 B2600 for sale near me right now that is 4x4 manual. anything interchangable between them? i think the mazda cabs were different for a while but i don't know for sure

B2600 is completely different beast.

It's not until '94 that the Mazda in same as a Ranger. And even then there are subtle differences - my daughter has '07 B4000 and it's just enough different for things like tail lights that they won't swap...
