Im running falken st/z ziex on my ranger. I got them on sale and have had no problems yet but someone told me falkens are shit tires. is this true?

the tires are Falken Ziex S/TZ-04

Falken at good street tires and acutally make a great drifting tire, not too sure in the truck tire department though!
