I am converting a 1990 2WD to 4WD using an '88 donor for 4WD parts. Can I use the 2wd coil buckets instead of swapping in the 4wd coil buckets??????

I think you may be able to reuse the passengerside one, but the driverside one will have to be swapped (or maybe just drilling some new holes, not sure). Gotta take them off to remove the crossmember anyway I would think... :dunno:

As it turns out the holes are way off so I will just stick with the 2wd coil buckets . . . I don't want to drill more holes in the frame because they are just a hole off of where they need to be . . . so I will sell the 4x4 coil buckets or something . . . :dunno:
