recently made a profile on another site to support my dakota... WOW a whole week without a single response to a question... Makes a guy appreciative of THIS forum! speedy replys, even if someone doenst know the answer they throw out a suggestion... over there? nothing... THANKS RANGER STATION! :clapping:

I can second that.

Recently I was looking for a Sentra site to plug into and was left wanting.

This is a good site and we sometimes do not realize how well we have it.

There is a lot of behind the scenes work that has to go on to make it seem like it's always going to be available.

Knowledge is power and we are lucky that there is so many on here that have that knowledge and are willing to help where they can.

heck, ive been known to ask questions about other makes/models here, most of us have have another vehicle, and its not nessesarily a ford. my wife is on her 2nd S-blazer, and boy is that a vehicle that will keep your tools from getting dusty! love the tech library here, it inspired my to do my own article a few years back when i was replacing my rear axle seals...funny thing is that it took longer to write it up and add my pictures than it did to do the actual job! this is a great place, and i often referance it when im elsewhere.

:icon_rofl: never heard that one before...

I had a Suzuki Sidekick for about 6 years and tried to find a decent site like this one...I know there are a few I didn't find (found out later) but the ones I did find were vacant as ghost towns...some hadn't been posted on for six months to a year...

So, yeah, I like it here too...

I'll second, third and fourth appreciation for TRS

I've done the same. My 02 Explorer isn't technically a RBV since it is on a diff platform and have asked with regards to my daughter's Escape. I find answers quick here and pretty well informed. The few times I have tried asking someplace I get nothing and eventually forget where I posted it.

Sometimes I use the TRS tech library at work over the Ford shop manuals.
